hey guys,

I recently well almost two months request my tire policy to be cancelled, the lady asked me for an odometer picture and purchase agreement of new car.... it was odd to me but anyways, they told me to wait about 6 weeks, its been over the time period and I asked again for status and the lady asked me again sayin BMW put my cancellation on hold and that she needs another copy of my odometer and purchase agreement, I dont have the car anymore and I dont see a reason why this its been two months and the thing is on hold, anyone might have some thoughts on this?

also they sold me like a contract for maintenance that it cost me almost $900 from BMW I think website was around $700 but anyways she doesn't mentioned that, just wanted to know if that can be cancelled too, sincE I never had use for the service in the 4 months I owned the car .

actually I requested the cancellation late in January, the Finance lady never submitted the paperwork, I can tell because she fwd me the email she received from the company, asking for better picture of the documents..with date from 3 days ago
