I just wanted your opinion, I bought a tire policy at the end of September for $2k it was 36 months, but in February I asked to cancel it, more or less it was almost 5 months and 5k miles on the odometer, in April I wrote to the very incompetent finance lady, to ask what happened with my refund, she replied that the documents I sent them were not very clear and she needed better copies, apparently she never submitted the information I sent and when she did two months later the company that sells the tire policy rejected it the photos and asked for better clear ones, I resent the photos of the documents that she requested and 2 weeks later I received a check for $700 my question is, when they prorate maybe 5 months and I never used the insurance, they deduct almost everything I paid, just wanted some opinion, I think I should of received more
