Just picked it up yesterday. I tried to swap out the mirror caps for gloss black M style ones but chickened out while trying to get the original cap off. I’m afraid I’ll break something.

This was my first choice in color (didn't want to wait for it).

Thanks! Cross racks are Thule AeroBlade Edge; lower profile than the BMW version.

Grabbed my 2023 45e Phytonic Blue/Cognac from the Performance Center last week. It was a phenomenal experience that I would, in a heartbeat, encourage every BMW owner to add to their bucket list at least once. Nothing like driving it out of a personal showroom after getting a 1.5 hour walkthrough and personalization of your machine.

Not to mention all of the other amazing experiences there.

Either way, I'm proud to have joined the Phytonic Blue X5 club and really appreciate all of the help and advice this forum has given me when preparing for my first new BMW.

Congratulations! Great color combo (same as mine)- after 11 months of ownership, I still LOVE this combo. The exterior chances nicely depending on sunlight or lack of sunlight, and the interior always looks sharp!

I'm still eyeing some 741s and considering them in gold. I have a blue Subaru Outback with bronze Sparco wheels (ala family STI) that looks quite nice. Tempted to do the same treatment here. Anyone have IRL shots with this setup?
