They were pretty fast about 2 weeks. Paint was on point.

How was the Shipping? Did it arrive on a pallet?

I ordered one last week. The website charged me $200.
I am local so I am just going to pick up. IND is going to refund the shipping charge that is not the issue.

I am just curios to know how it arrived.

How was the install?

It arrived in a box, no pallet. Install took me about 30 mins, double sided tape and two side bolts. The middle where the vent is, is where you might have a problem.

I just put one side of the lip on, then push the vent on the other side. My vents was pretty loose so it wasn't to to bad. I had to pull really hard on one side to get the lip on once it was attach.

Hmm, can you elaborate or show us in detail about the vent, middle part? Btw, I'm on my 3rd week., I've contacted IND and the advised that my lip is being processed/polished by the paint crew. Hopefully it'll ship by early next week. I'm going to get it professionally mounted, but I'd like to know what issues you've encountered so that I can relay and discuss it w the installer.

I've read in passing that the "best way " or suggested way is to remove the from air vents but I think that requires removing the front bumper technically to allow you to get to the clips that hold the vents .

These are the things in talking about .

I see. I dont think that the design of the 3D front lip will require to remove the bumper cover. To me, it seems pretty streamlined and screws into the existing bottom bumper cover screws. I'll message the distributor and ask for more information. Btw, got my shipping confirmation. I'll be getting it delivered next week

I haven't even asked about mine. But I am doing pick up. And there was another random painted part I ordered for my e90 that is probably holding up the order

Is it the fender delete? I'm ordering that next.

I just sent Dylan @ IND request for more information on the installation. Will share that as soon as he replies

Did a test fit this morning. The fit seems flush, will definitely require some extra hands to push in the side molds into the fender
