After my final fitting I felt as if the corner lip can overlap the screw. Also., how did you feel about the double sided tape and screws? I ended buying some 3M tape and some better quality self tapping screws. Though I'm confident by the way it fits that it is certainly designed to absorb the force of wind. It in-fact pushes the lip inward if anything |

I'm not the OP, but I installed mine almost 2 years ago. I did not use the screws and used only the double sided tape they provided. I have not had any issues or worries about it falling off.

Done! Fitted perfectly. Only issue was I got a bit aggressive in pulling the tape here (pictured) and unfortunately wasn't able to peel this part off., it was really tough., and already had 3/4 of the lip peeled and on the bumper. So I left it alone. Its raised about 1mm compared to the opposite side., but other than that., its attached and feels as if it isn't going anywhere anytime soon

I think IND didn't have it in stock. Same thing happen to me. I had to wait for the parts to come from Japan before they could paint them. Took almost 4 weeks for mine to land. 5 days shipping time too.

Crisis averted . Stuff will be ready on Monday.
The only urgency was getting the stuff ready before the ceramic coating which is scheduled for next week . |
