Looks good! The headlights is okay, The taillights will look awesome in person, I think based on the instagram post. I hope they fix the biggest issue I have with the current one, Shitty backup lights! Maybe they are direct swapable!

Either trolls or people need eye exams if they think lci x7 front end looks good. That also goes for new 7 series. Keep those far away from the X5 lol

Like the wheels
Overall a more modern take on the entire vehicle. I think looks better overall. Modernizes the look without anything too extreme. Like most eager to see X5M and m sport bumpers

Can BMW stop with the vertical air curtains and all the shapes they want to throw on the front bumper? No, really. Looks f--king terrible.
If the X3 and X4 are anything to go by, M Sport is probably going to be over styled with a lot of ^ shapes instead of just having straight or horizontal lines. |

Everything pre-LCI from BMW so far has been better aesthetically than the over styled LCI - X3 and X4 included. Personally, I don't see anything in the front fascia design that warrants these sharp/triangular lines when BMW could have stayed straight lines to keep the front lower bumper cleaner than what we currently get.

Maybe (even if beauty is subjective and lies in the eye of the beholder) design is an exact science and there is only one objectively "right" design solution, that they should be able to figure it out during the initial "unrestricted" design phase. In such case, LCI changes would aim at novelty for the sake of it. Alternatively, tastes change quicly and LCI is a good opportunity to update the desing, but still with tide hands and working on plastic parts only (with the risk of overdoing it). |

The worse are cars where the DRL shuts off completely when a signal is activated. This is half bad… half good. I guess we would have to live with this. Pre LCI lights are better … |

Edit: that’s assuming the DRL doesn’t extend on the bottom, it’s hard to tell from the pics
