Laurel in Westmont surprised me as they were willing to go with 5% plus incentives but I pushed Patrick for more. Westmont often tries to get you to pick one off their lot but are willing to discount more if you choose to do so. Westmont also requires you to hand over the trade immediately even if you order one from them unless you're willing to take a hit when the day comes to finalize the deal. Surpised that Bill Jacobs in Naperville did not want to negotiate much even though I had previously purchased/ordered three BMWs from them. Best service by far from Bill Jacobs regarding immediate loaners and professional SAs. If you have a trade-in both Bill Jacobs and Patrick will allow you to keep your vehicle at the agreed upon price for 4 weeks while you wait for your order to arrive. Patrick was very fair about the trade - close to Carmax price. Bill Jacobs, on the other hand, will offer you a slightly lower price and really pushes you to find another way to sell your current vehicle (such as sell to Carmax) but you lose the tax break benefit for Illinois. In the end went with Patrick in Schaumburg for the reasons listed above. Good luck. |

I'm in the market again for either a 50e or an XM... trying for Lease which I"ve not done before. Can you tell me what the Residual, and MF are for a 50e and the XM at 12000 mile? If these will change on Jan 1 pls let me know that as well - if you know. And what are the incentives for military + BMWFS return loyalty? Is that all I need? and - do the MF and RV vary by state ? I gotta make a spread sheet and try to get a good deal in SoCal. I don't plan to go back to the LV dealers who bit me in the butt after my '21 car 'lemon'd' cheers |

Sorry to hear you have to go trough things again. For the 50e it is .00180 and 51%. Military when leasing is $500, no lease credit and loyalty is $1,500. I have not seen any current information on the XM other than military being $500. Anything can change each month and MF's and incentives can vary by region. Your best source for lease information is the Edmunds forums. They will give out information based on zip code (of the dealer). https://forums.edmunds.com/discussio...and-prices/p13 https://forums.edmunds.com/discussio...als-and-prices

Since we don’t know yet how many will qualify given the changes in the battery requirements it is tough to say. Assuming all that qualify now will continue (although last I saw that will not be the case) I would guess we would see a small uptick overall and no meaningful change for the 50e.

Has anybody had any luck with PNW dealers doing discount on M60i orders (I'm in central WA)? I'm fine traveling anywhere between WA, ID, OR, CA. So far, most are MSRP only I've talked to.
It would be really nice if I could get 5% + incentives like some I see here! |

I had to use a car broker to get a deal outside the PNW, had to go East Coast. You might get 3-4% here but 8-10% back east, which is worth the shipping cost, btw this was for a X5M comp

Hi guys,
So looks like bmw didn’t release any allocations for X5 M50, X5M, X6 M60, or X6M, basically all the V8s. I’ve been waiting for an allocation to get a new car, does anyone know if they’d release allocations for March? This dealer I was talking to said if I placed d order, bmw will fulfill it once they see it’s been sitting but idk if that’s just a sales tactic or if it’s true. I don’t wanna be stuck with a dealer when allocations drop across multiple dealers. |

2024 X5 50E - last month (December) I cross shopped between Northern California and Phoenix,AZ for a build to order:
- Phoenix dealers offered 1-2% off on in stock and Customer Ordered and told me I was crazy to think I could get more off MSRP - Northern California dealers offered 9% off on in stock and Customer Ordered..accepted! Thanks to the info on this forum I knew to push for the near 10% range! |

I'm in the same market looking for the same vehicle. Did you end up ordering a 50e? If so, would you mind sharing where you ended up and % off MSRP?
