UK Lease Query

Hi All - can anyone give me their thoughts on the following I have been offered and if it is a good deal?

BMW X5 G05
xDrive40i MHT M Sport Pro Pack [7 Seats]
8,000 p/a
Initial Rental: 9 Months = £5130 inc. VAT
Term: 48 months = £570 inc. VAT

Recommend you have a look on whatcar.com, specifically the leasing deals pages and you will find franchise dealers and not brokers advertising their deals. Appears the best deal for a standard 40i on a 6+48 is £601 per month. This is where I found my X5 30d deal. The prices are probably negotiable as managed to negotiate down £100 per month by getting two dealers to out bid one another.
