This is weird

So yesterday I checked "my garage" and I saw that my order moved from "order received" to "scheduled for production". All good. But now when I look (yes I am a little OCD) it is back to "order received" status. Has anyone seen this happen before?

it may be a glitch or it may be correct. in the past 4 months I've been on this forum, I recall two builds having to start over likely due to quality issues, which is a good thing. Better they fix it at the factory than deliver you a lemon. you might get more detailed info if you talk to a Genius

Yeah just called. She said its still scheduled for production but its been moved back a week from 18 to 19.... She said sometimes the online tracker is glitchy...

Just happened to me as well (and yes, I check My Garage at least 3-4 times a day....). I believe we had the same build week assigned (Week 18), so hopefully this won't result in much of a delay.

And maybe it's a sign. I've been debating adding the DHP (and even the B&W sound system..), but convinced myself I was out of time. If it's not too late, I may reconsider....

When I called today they said I am now build week 19. Maybe that's why it was messed up. Wondering if they pushed yours to 19 as well...?

Call BMW Genius and give them your production # or VIN and they can tell you at least the build week. If you've had your VIN for two weeks, it's likely getting built this week.

Both the DHP and B&W are good. If you can only choose one, I'd go with the DHP. Bowers is better than HK, but it's tough to tell if it's $3400 on the MSRP better. Bottom line, though, is that it's better... and nicer to look at.

Interesting update - I got a revised order sheet from my dealer just now and status has changed from 112 where it was for a week to 111. I really hope this is not a signal of more supply chain issues...
