2021 X5 M50i Ordered; Now the Wait!

After driving nothing but Toyotas, Chevys and Fords for the last 40 years, I've decided to take the plunge. And after spending the last two months researching and driving various vehicles, the X5 M50i checked off all the boxes. Will take delivery at the Performance Center. Now for the wait.......

I have the xDrv40i configured almost exactly the same (Carbon Black over Coffee Marino). You're gonna love this thing! Especially with the V8!

When's your build week? You'll love it I'm doing my second PCD next month on my M50 it's a ton of fun.... Just wish I could do another ED someday

Be sure to give us a summary of your experiences after a month of driving your new X5 M50i.
That is a huge change ... from a full size truck...
I am curious to hear what it was like going from a truck to an X5.

TXDroneRacer - will do! I've driven nothing but trucks for quite some time, but getting tired of parking the damn things and maneuvering around town. I'm sure I'll miss it, but extended test drives of the M50i put a smile on my face...

Make that 3. I traded in my Raptor on my wife's X5. I'm going with an X6 that is being built this coming week or next.

No build week assigned as of yet (at least not that I'm aware of...). Order accepted and production number assigned...status listed as "Making space in the production schedule...." Truly looking forward to the PCD!

I'll continue to check the status update six times a day until I can take delivery at the PDC....
