Dravit with Tartufo

Hi guys,

I'm about to order an M50 today, has anyone ordered Dravit grey, 747 wheels and tartufo interior?

I'm looking for some photos, can't decide on combinations with Dravit. That color is amazing in person.

Thanks in advance!

You will be hard pressed to find a photo of that exact combo. Dravit just came out, so there won't be too many photos available. Great color combo btw. It's going to look great. From memory, I've only seen pics on these forums of Dravit w ivory and black interiors, haven't seen tartufo. I say go for it.

Thanks, DO you think I should opt for the 22" black wheels instead of the ivory 747's?

I just ordered an M50i in Dravit with the 22" black wheels. Only way to go, IMO. There are some pics in other threads and that combo looks awesome. Tough decision on red vs blue calipers. I went with the blue but think both look great!

I have 742M in black on my X5, it's a 40i so I didn't have 747 as an option. What I like about the 747 is that it shows the calipers better since it's a more open spoke design. I would get the 747 and powdercoat them black.

That was exactly what I was thinking. Any idea what powder coating cost?

I agree, both are great options. I have the blue on my current AW X5. So i'm going to opt for the red to switch it up.

Are you opting for the DHP? I'm torn on this one.

I was torn as well but opted to leave out the DHP. Multiple opinions for and against, but in the end couldn't find a truly compelling reason to add it. And as much as I hate to say it was a budget issue when buying a $100k car, at some point I had to say enough was enough... And I still plan to add PPF and/or ceramic coat...

Build specs are as follows:

Dravit Grey Metallic
Black Extended Merino Leather
Anthracite Brown Poplar Matte Trim
22" M Double-spoke black wheels, style 742M w/ performance non run-flat tires
Driving Assistance Professional Package
Executive Package
Parking Assistance Package
M Sport Brakes with Blue Calipers
Extended Shadowline Trim
Front and Rear Heated Seats
Heated Front Seats, Armrests & Steering Wheel
Front Massaging Seats
Trailer Hitch
Space-saver spare

Great build! Finalizing mine as we speak. I'll followup with mine once we complete everything soon. Probably opting out of the DPH as well.

Order is complete! Now the wait begins...

Ended up not going for the DPH package. Been reading a lot about it and having had the 19 m-sport without it and loving it... Decided it was safer to opt out.

Dravit Grey Metallic
Tartufo Extended Merino Leather
Anthracite Brown Poplar Matte Trim
22" M Double-spoke black wheels, style 742M w/ performance non run-flat tires
Executive Package
M Sport Brakes with Red Calipers
Extended Shadowline Trim
Heated Front Seats, Armrests & Steering Wheel
Space-saver spare

Really wondering if not ordering the B&O system will be a regret...

Dravit with Tartufo and 747s will look very sharp (and probably the combination I’d pick, if I were getting a new M50i). I respect those who like/love black rims, but that’s not to my taste. If a designer created a sharp wheel like the 747M, I’d want to see the details. Besides, the Gray in those rims complements Dravit and other shades of Gray.

Garage List
Dravit with any sort of brown interior will look incredible. Dravit complements browns very well because of the gold tint in the paint. I have it with mocha interior on my 3 series and love it. I've also seen it with cognac interior and that looks great as well. Tartufo is sort of in between those two browns so it'll look excellent.

There are two Dravit Gray M50i for sale with M747 rims, per Car Gurus, of which the one in Asheville has Coffee interior (the other is in Fort Wayne). That listing doesn’t show the paint and leather in the same photo. But note how the rims and exterior color complement one another.

I hit the $100K mark and felt the same. I paired back on Driving Assistance and Massage seats. My order is in... hopefully I made the right decision on Dynamic Handling.

My build was put through and my dealer got a March allocation. Week 15 build.. When do you think I'll see it show up?

I gotta say I also think the black wheels look better (but we are now talking about appearance so it's in the eye of the one making the payment)

I was week 14 and now am awaiting carrier assignment which would have meant normal delivery 2-4 weeks later depending on where you are at. So if you are a week behind me that would put you somewhere between late april and mid may.
Then again you have one of the "individual paint" choices which they say can add 8-12 weeks so figure that too

There's Priority 1 Individual paints - Dravit, Ametrin, Tanzanite Blue II - which are certified, mass production ready Individual paint aka SABI ($1950). Then there's Manufaktur Individual paint aka 490 ($5K) which are require longer lead time, 11 weeks+, and will disable/decode auto lane change feature with DApro is optioned.

Absolutely! And how cool is it that the total overall appearance of the vehicle can completely change depending on the wheel choice....there's no wrong answer!
