2021 xDrive45e lease
Hello. I have the credit application in hand and ready to send it back but before I welcome your input to see if I've been made a good offer on this lease from a Northern California dealership:
MSRP US$76,145 Sales tax: 7.25% Miles: 10,000 Current BMW owner Down payment: ~US$1,900 or "drive off" (includes (a) first month, (b) tax and (c) registration) All in monthly lease of $892. If you think it's good I will move forward. Thanks! |

Questions: What is the Money Factor you're being quoted? What's the selling price (e.g., how much of a discount off MSRP are you getting)? 36 month lease?

the 45e is also in a unique situation where the 7500 tax credit (And any state credits) might make purchase more advantageous than lease. BMWFS does not pass along any tax benefit when leasing.
