Same here, I've had the tyre pressures show up in the app from day one, and like you mine shows as BAR and not PSI...I'm in the UK too.

Is it an Android thing or is it the same on the iPhone app? (I'm on Android)

If I remember rightly the pressures show up as PSI when I looked in the idrive settings/info.

I've always wanted the gas to show percent of gas tank left as well, again dictated by country methinks....

Here is the other mystery, My Trips in the app is asking me to enable My Trips in the iDrive yet I dont not see it there to enable tried updating bmw apps and everything, nada....

Nope, not a country thing .... maybe a MY2019 thing, mine is MY2020 and it has been showing both gas percentage & distance for quite a while, although I don't recall when I first noticed it.

That is correct as far as I know. My MY19 shows gallons and my MY21 M340i shows %.

Not sure about the message you're getting, but have you tried opening the MyBMW app in iDrive apps in the car (not My Trips)? That's how I open a trip in the car that I've sent from my phone. As far as I remember there is nothing that you need to "enable", just open it.

He is not referring to navigation trips but rather the My Trips function in the App that shows details about all of the trips you made in your vehicle.

Quite a few of us have been having issues with My Trips. Mine was working and then disappeared a few months ago. The blue box recently shoed up but the My Trips is not in the Individual selections nor does it work when choosing all services like it says in the app.

Right so mine is in L and Km, Canada MY2019 July-ish

Yea I found that too... What is it like when it works? Since I've never had it is it even worth enabling?

I don't find it useful, just something extra I guess. It shows every trip you made, how long it was, how long it took, you mpg, average mph and carbon output.

Meh seems trivial, I have everything connected through home assistant so if I wanted that I could do it but it's un-needed data my eyes.

I’m on iPhone so between us we have covered that off at least.

Wonder if it is country dependant but if so, it’s seems kind of pointless, just give us the option to choose between bar and psi!

I haven’t been in the car for a couple of days now so haven’t had chance to check but I’ll have a play around next time I’m in and see if there are any obvious settings

On the topic of this thread, I am yet to get the latest software update, have you yet? Or anyone else in the UK for that matter? I’m in a March 2022 registered X5 with software version 11/21 (I think)

I've never had any updates since I've had my X5, it was registered on May 31st 2022, my iDrive version is 03/2022.46

I've never had any OTA map updates either, I have to do it manually via the app on my laptop and a USB stick.

I don’t think I have ever had any iDrive updates either come to think of it.

I have defo had at least 2 OTA map updates that I know of so I’m happy with that side at least

Was anyone able to find a way to code everything at once? I was debating creating my own 'cheat file' in bimmerutility and checking all the boxes after an upgrade.

I also wish someone found a way to code M font on the HUD makes me kind wanna go back to full M display. I wish you could make it display on the console screen too like my old x3.

07/2022.58 updates are now happening in Australia will check mine when I get back home PS I have created a cheat sheet for the X5 that works with Bimmer Utility for those that have lost all their coding from doing OTA updates
