Thats the main thing for me. I have my shows that I love and watch every episode without being disturbed, with the lights out, sound system on etc. However sometimes I just want something in the background or I'm running low on my "good shows" and just need some filler.

Does anyone else ration episodes of shows you really like? My girlfriend hates that I do this, but if it's a show I really like I will stop when I only have like 2-3 episodes left and I start rationing them. Tuesday, fuck that we're watching forged in fire or some nonsense. I'm saving that shit for Friday night!

The issue is that apparently I sometimes forget I'm saving those last episodes and end up getting into some other show then remember a month later and now we don't remember what had happened previously on the show. Or so she claims....

This!!! It's almost as if it's in their nature to be drawn to drama. If none exists, they can watch it on TV.

I make my kids watch Hoarders. I tell them if they don't clean their rooms that I'm gonna throw everything away. I let them know if I see a path throu any of their shit on the floor that it's gone. Definitely helps motivate them. And yes, I once did throw away a bunch of their stuff.

I'm pretty sure she doesn't want an old mo husband, so we're all safe.
