You may want to call Genius just to verify that you are still Week 46. Generally you will move to Production Begins about two weeks prior to your build date.

That doesn't make any sense so just ignore that, at least the end of year part. I guess they are correct but it should be closer to Thanksgiving.

Are you sure your status isn't Production Begins?

It is in Production Begins status tracking it in My Garage.
If I inspect the code it Has an 11/13 production date. WK46.

I'm sorry, I got you mixed up with vimalbmw who was still in Scheduled for Production.

All looks normal for you. Unless something weird happens (a very long stay in QC or a lot of trouble getting a carrier) it should be delivered to your dealer by the end of that week or early the next. It used to be two or three days after the production date to the NorthEast but the driver situation changed that a bit.

Yeah TurtleBoy Mine is still in "Scheduled for Production". I am gonna call BMW Genius first thing tomorrow morning and will update you guys. Thanks

Still in Scheduled status and BMW genius confirmed it is Week46 . Strange. Hope i see some progress this week.

That is odd, I guess we will find out next week.

You have checked the status on multiple devices correct? Not that it is an issue with cache or something. If you want to post or PM me your production number I can see what it shows for me.

I think I am in the right place? Prod date is 11-17 for my new X5 50e. First time BMW owner and I can't wait for the upgrade in commute.

Very good, that makes sense given you are Week 47. Perhaps you slipped a week or they gave you the wrong week to begin with.

Yeah, not sure. I checked with my agent and bmw genius today morning and they both confirmed week 46. Anyway, happy to see some progress.

So my e50's status changed to "Production Begins" yesterday for what I was told was a week 46 build. I ordered last Monday so took a week to move to Production. Unfortunately I for the life of me can't get the F12 process to work so not sure what the production date is. I assume its likely the car will make it to the east coast dealer in November - yes?

You are likely Week 47 given when it went to Production Begins. If you want, post or PM me your VIN and I will get the production date.

Unless there is some unusually long holdup in QC or waiting for a carrier, it should easily make it to the dealer before November is up.

I had tried the f12 with some other directions on the site and it didn't work but I just tried your directions and got it to work - thank you!

Says the production date is 11/18 - so week 46. So I'm guessing its to the dealer the week of 11/27 if there are no problems?
