BMW CCA
Just heard about this. Is it worth joining? It sounds like given I've taken delivery of my vehicle already (last month) I will not be eligible for the $1000 rebate. That part is definitely unfortunate.

I've been a member for 25+ years and received $1000's in rebates over the years. definitely worth it for the access to car club activities and publications as well.

It also depends on what membership you pick. I think there is a 6month and 12 month option. I joined back in 2019 and we ended up getting $4500 back in rebates since signing up on multiple vehicles. You can add a family member to your membership and they'll be eligible for rebates also.

There still time for the raffle though! Wouldn’t it be a hoot if you just signed up and wound up winning the grand prize (a tricked out M8 competition this year).
If you haven’t checked out BMW CCA’s s website to see what all is available with memebership….see the link in my signature below. Non members have limited access to the website.

In addition to the rebate you get a discount on parts and services at your dealership. Usually in the range of of 15 percent. Also you get a the monthly Roundel magazine and a local chapter magazine (at least for the National DC Chapter). Also you get discounts at local/national businesses in your area that support the CCA (shops, car rental, detailers etc).

Also local chapter sponsors track days throughout the year, Philly Cheesesteak runs up to to Philly, crab feasts etc.
Monthly meeting at local pub where you get a $10 allowance (which is basically nothing these days due to inflation). |

question: we put our individual names for each of our bimmers, so will we need to purchase separate memberships for rebate claim purposes? EDIT: the member's name must be on all paperwork to file a successful rebate, so if I'm the CCA member, and I submit my wife's G30 paperwork, the rebate will be denied unless I'm a co-signer. |
