Just picked up my 2021 X5M today. SiriusXM, even though SiriusXM tells me the radio is activated, produces no audio. FM, AM, USB are fine.
My dealer is close till Monday. Any ideas?? Thanks

My experience with Sirius is that you may not get the brightest bulb when contacting. If the radio actually works and receives other signals, you may want to re-confrm radio ID and ensure they are transmitting to your car and not some other account. The radio ID is in the iDrive menu:

I think you might be right about the cheap labor working for Sirius.
I was just looking at my SiriusXM account online and the woman did remove the X3 M40i radio that I traded in, but there is no info on the new car/radio ID.

May or may not be related but I have noticed sometimes I get in the car and it appears my Sat Radio is on and has the information for the channel I am on but no sound. I change the station and there is now sound. Odd.
