Yes it possible. It shouldn't effect negotiations but keep in mind that some dealers choose not to offer PCD for the vehicles they sell.

12,000 mileage a year
$5000 Down payment

$2508 Monthly

*Brake Pads Maintenance added on for free for three years also because of current business ventures I unfortunately have a poor credit score.

Can't tell anything from the info given. What is the dealer discount? MF? Any add-ons? Dealer fees? etc.

What you are looking for is a dealer discount before incentives, base MF, no add-ons or inflated dealer fees. Of course with a poor credit score base is likely not possible.

It seems the dealer discount is now $7000 dollars, based off the guy it's base MF and no dealer fees.
@Gibson 6594 the lease is 3 years with 12,000 mileage a year.
$5000 Down and now the monthly payment he's saying is $2390 a month.

Seems high to me but 7% is a good discount on the X5M. As you can see, they are playing with the number. Verify there are no add-ons, base MF. Also don't do a down payment. If you want to pay something up front just do any fees and taxes.

Get all of the details and then plug them into a lease calculator or post them here and someone can run them. You will need MSRP, selling price, any incentives, MF, RV, fees and tax rate.

This is very important as dealers are rock stars at playing smoke and mirrors with lease quotes, MF, add-ons, etc. They want you to focus on the payment amount and overlook the devil in the details.

I just emailed the PC this morning, they replied back with the procedure for signing up (your dealer has to submit a form). The said you need to submit the form as early as possible as it’s first come, first served.

You guys have a dealer recomendation in the Southeast. Looking for a 50e but the dealer here didnt want to deal under msrp for an order.

Or possibly a broker recommendation? autocompanion hasn't responded to my emails in about a week.

From what we have seen, there are a number of dealers around Atlanta that do decent pricing. Keep in mind that there are very few, if any, 50e allocations around given the reduction in production so MSRP is likely the going rate in many areas.

BMW of Macon,GA has been good to me. Call Omar Saleh, Sales Manager. I’ve made 2 deals with him via email or text. He then passes the sale along to one of his Sales Associates.

Welcome to the forum. Pricing guides were issued last week so they all can take an order. Since only a few allocation were issued it would have to go into theorizer bank and hopefully next month things will start clearing up. Given the lack of production and the MY change I would say you can exact to pay MSRP at this time.
