This. No need to go back and forth over $10, you will forget all about that once you get behind the wheel of your new X5!

Just an FYI if anyone was curious, per my dealer no lease pull-ahead programs at this time. I can stop obsessing over a new car and stalking their inventory, for now at least!

I’m working on a 2020 xDrive40i, here’s the deal I have on the table with a local dealer:

Loyalty is $1250
Residual is 57%
MF is .00142, .00107 with 7 MSD’s
36/10

$74,870 MSRP
10.15% Discount + $1,250 loyalty
$66,020 Selling Price
$925 Acquisition fee
$529 Fees and Insurance
$94.15 Upfront taxes
$818.28 Monthly Payment

Are there any other rebates out there? I’m a USAA member and have a current BMW lease. Let me know what you guys think of this deal.

I am ordering an x5 m50. Does that lock in the money factor and rebates that currently available, or would I be eligible for better rebates if they are available when my car is delivered?

When you fill out the credit application you get a no-harm lock for 60 (90 in some instances) days. That means you can get the lowest MF/highest RV monthly combination for that time period. Rebates/incentives are not locked with that but unlikely to change.

Thanks. Appreciate it. Historically, is August going to be a good month for rebates on a 2020 x5?

Is there a current lease credit available for March? My company had a corporate discount but it’s can’t be stacked with Loyalty. Are there any other incentives that can be stacked with my corporate discount ($1250)?

Has anyone used the PenFed $2000 incentive? Curious how that stacks with lease cash, loyalty, etc.

I did, but I used BMW financing which gave me $500 off on top of loyalty/APR. It's only $2000 if you finance with them instead of BMWFS.

I read on here that there’s a Loyalty rebate and the lease credit for March, and that they can be stacked. I asked my dealer this morning and I was told the X5 40i xDrive does not have a lease credit , the X5 50i has the 1,000 lease credit and the 1,250 loyalty credit. Can someone confirm what information is accurate?

They are correct, there is no lease credit for the 40i xDrive but there is a $500 lease credit for the 40i sDrive.

Edit: The lease credit on the sDrive may be regional. I just looked on Edmunds and see some are being quoted $1k and others $0.

One of the dealers here in NY/NJ is telling me that they are having a "big sales event" this Thursday where BMWNA will on premise to offer additional discounts that day. Sounds like they are just trying to bate me to come in honestly because I've never heard of BMWNA doing this for one dealer and not the rest. Thoughts?

I found a few leftover 2019s, are the incentives any stringer in those?

Wondering if the depressed economic activity due to coronavirus will have impact on the discount offered, as a sales of new cars are likely to suffer greatly, and soon.

Also, the lease rates should come down as the federal rate is now almost 0%.

Keep an eye on local dealer inventory. If there becomes a glut they will have to take action. I haven't seen any news of the plant in SC closing or scaling back production.

The lease on my M3 expires in Dec. so hoping a silver lining to this debacle is a buyers market for autos.

my 540 and my wife's range rover lease were both up at the end of the month so i decided to call my previous CA to see what my new lease options would be for me and possibly an x7 for the old ball and chain....he actually told me and i quote "due to the recent crisis, the demand has gone up for these vehicles and i could now only offer you our invoice price (6%) for both vehicles"...shocked because i have been a long time loyal customer to this dealer and have always got better deals, i decided to come on here and see if this was true...i came across a few members here who had purchased X5's from one CA at a dealer in NJ, which is only about an hour away from me.......i proceeded to get in contact with him, which did take about a day or 2 but once i got him on the phone he was great! he offered me 10% off MSRP plus any rebates i qualified for as long as it was "instock" right off the bat, probably could have got more but it felt like it was a fair deal....then i mentioned my wife liked the X7 and he was able to get me an extra .5% if i bought 2 cars...so i did! i thought this would be help full for anyone who wanted to get a bmw and got the same first answer i did.....feel free to direct message me if you want his info!
