For those of you who have replaced your exhaust on the F9/F96, what are you doing with your stock exhaust system? I’m planning to replace my exhaust/link pipes and am debating on what to do with mine. Do most of you keep/plan on replacing the stock exhaust on resale of the vehicle? Sell the stock exhaust? Disguard it?

If you have the space, keep it if you plan on ever selling the vehicle. You will never see a profit off it by selling the vehicle outright with the mod installed. There is always the possibility you might not like the new exhaust or have an issue with it (weld crack, rust) in the future, and having a perfectly good replacement on tap is always a wise decision. At the end of the day, what matters is YOUR circumstances.

I agree - if you have the space, keep it. I did not have the space when putting on my Akra, and ended up selling the stock exhaust - and they will not sell for big $$$.

With that said, this is the first vehicle in a long time that I will likely hang on to, so I was not terribly concerned with resale. It is a work of art and my first BMW.
