True, but now the wheels will show the dirt even more so. But hey, it's cheaper for BMW to offer them in gloss black then the prior finish, so it's a win win for them.

I powder coated my 818Ms gloss black and they def look cleaner longer since the brake dust doesnt turn the silver paint red in 3 days lol.

The S63 has integrated vapor-liquid separators (drips back into the engine so not "catch" cans), most likely the S68 does also. I too have been looking into external cans but it looks like to me the ones that I have seen are only hooking up to the low pressure side of the intake, prior to the turbos. Anyway, I don't think that they make much difference early on if you change the oil frequently, as the rings and valve seals are new and functioning optimally.

I haven't seen any 0-60MPH times that aren't just converted from the 0-100km/h numbers.

Seems like the new hybrid tech is only being used to fill in low-end torque rather than add to torque across the board.

Funny enough, you can’t option the X5M with the gloss black. Only the X6M per the build sheet.
