Car was built on 17 Nov and has spent the last 2 weeks at status 165 (165 Factory exit and transit [In transit - Plant of Manufacture to Port of Departure]). All I get from the Geniuses is that it is in transit but as I'm waiting for it in the UK, I'd like to know where it is transit. According to the status, I'd expect the car to be somewhere between Spartenberg and Charelston but surely not for 2 weeks! (I'd like to think that it's on a ship, in the Atlantic)

They are still quoting me a 'delivery' of week commencing 25 Dec...

Any clarity really appreciated

Unsurprisingly, I suspected as much. I'd like to see how they plan to have it at the dealer in the UK w/c 25/12

Status on my new X5 was also updated to 165 on 17th and delivery is still shown as w/c 25th dec. I doubt we are going to see our new cars until the new year tbh, whether they arrive at the dealers that week or not. I don't know why I keep buying brand new cars, I have zero patience after placing the order!
