I have a X5 50e that just arrived at the dealer today. Trying to get everything arranged to go pickup, and Im being told the BMW 2.99% financing and the military discount still cant be combined on ordered vehicles. Anyone else hearing this?

Welcome to the forum. No, from what we have seen they can be combined. Sounds like your dealer is only wanting to give the 2.99% on in-stock vehicles. That wording is on the offer but others are getting it on ordered vehicles.

Anytime. Keep in mind that there is always the "participating dealers" clause on the offers. Is it a case of where they want to mark up the rate and go with 3.99%?

Turtle,
Just got the below from my broker. I found him on this site and and he seems to be well respected. I've got no issues with him. Just FYI. Just pulled the bulletin. Anyone on the forums who says that they can double dip is misinformed. Program Enhancement for December Reactivating the option to combine sales support finance rate (FS Loan) with $500 military incentive. o BMW of North America will reintroduce the $500 military incentive on all models for FS Loan contracts. o BMW of North America will be offering a sales support rate of 2.99% on a variety of volume models. o Based on the two points above, dealers will now have a choice to utilize the available sales support rate offers (including the 2.99% where applicable) plus a $500 Domestic Military incentive or the Regional Rate with enhanced Domestic Military incentives (varies by model) that were introduced in November. o In summary, Domestic Military customers get the option of a potentially lower rate plus a $500 Domestic Military incentive or a higher non-subvened regional rate with an enhanced Domestic Military incentive (varies by model). |
