I have a '21 X5 4.0. Love the car, and I've done all maintenance myself (oil changes, tire rotations, brakes etc).

Car is approaching 60k miles (yeah I drive a lot), and will need to get the transmission fluid changed. Can't do this particular job myself; don't have the roof clearance in my garage to accommodate a lift, quick jacks, or even relatively high jack stands. As much as I want to knock this out myself, I'll have to give it to a mechanic.

Can anyone recommend a reliable dependable indy shop in the Westchester NY area? I'd also consider northern NJ or western Long Island.

Also, if anyone else has had their tranny fluid changed by an indy mechanic, how much were you charged? Just trying to get an idea of what I should expect to pay.
