Are Demo's Still Viable Lease Option

Seeing what appears to be a executive demo at a dealer. Are these things still leaseable? If so do they make sense. Was about to pull the trigger on an i7 and basically caught everything known to man from the germ factory that is the daycare my kids attend and had bronchitis for several weeks. Deals on the i7s are pretty good, but if I have to give up my '21 X5MC, I kinda want to get back into a V8.

I belive it depends on the mileage. How many miles?

So apparently it wasn't and HEA or demo, just used (allegedly) we all know dealers lie. 4800ish miles I believe.
