The Tampa radio station was reporting he was in Florida for stage 4 treatment. Guy never went to the doctor for years and then found out like a few months ago.

I just saw this too...hope he finds some peace. Apparently he was an angry miserable a-hole, I guess cuz his career never took of like some of the others. Then of course cancer which SUCKS! He got dealt a crap hand and like I said...I hope his sould finds some peace

This was the same vibe that I got the last I heard of anything to do with him. He was on Stern a few years ago, promoting a porno that he shot....Dirty Sanchez if I'm not mistaken. (I already know more about it than what I wish I did.) Characters such as Screech and Erkel are characters that an actor can not come back from.

Jaleel White has not done a WHOLE lot of big projects, but he has had a decent little career after Erkel. I think it comes down to personality, work ethic and probably actual talent. IDK but I know Erkel did bounce back...just not high profile stuff. He has been working steady since Family Matters ended
