2023 Headrests?

Can anyone help me figure out what front row headrest comes with what seat type or covering? I've found both Sensafin and Merino Leather in M Sport with the headrest with the adjustable side flaps. But do you have to get the M Sport to get this type of headrest? I find it more comfortable than the "regular" ones. I've included pictures of both. Thanks!

I believe those headrests are part of the Multi-Contour seats. Multi-Contour used to be available as a stand-alone option. Right now (in US at least), the only way to get them is to opt for Luxury Seating Pkg, which again is only available on 45e and M50 at the moment.
