Does the dealer get rolling allocations or at the beginning of each month like the first week of every month?

Once per month they drop. Timing varies from my experience. They have no idea what’s coming despite what some dealers tell you. Depends on production and how many they retail in prior months.

As said above, just once a month and all dealers get them at the same time. They usually start rolling out in groups (Germany, Spartanburg, Mexico, etc.) the last week of the month but there is no set timing.
