Rim fitment help

Hate to bother the Bimmer forum for this question but I feel there are more real car enthusiasts and knowledgeable folks here...

I am planning to replace my X5 m50i with a GLE after the current lease term ends (I wanted to stay with BMW but really dislike the new no-hard-button design). I purchased a set of winter rims and tires for the BMW from TireRack and am wondering if it's possible to fit them on a GLE with some adaptors/spacers. For the particular set of rims I bought, the BMW set's measurements are Size: 19x9 Offset: +29mm Backspacing: 6.259" Bolt Pattern: 5X112mm. And the Mercedes set's measurement would be Size: 19x8 Offset: +45mm Backspacing: 6.338" Bolt Pattern: 5X112mm

TIA!

I really wouldn't want to do this one. You are looking at 30.5mm larger on the front of the wheel, that would probably definitely rub on your fender.

seems like it. The same rim (MSW type 40) has both BMW and MB options, just a bit of different offset. It looks like the issue would clearance and brake.
