That loctite thread locker whatever color is a good "temporary" solution. Use the JB if you want something "permanently" sealed and locked.

This is a fuel pressure gauge 'isolator' keeps fuel pressure under the hood and out of the cabin

I've found the BMW quick connect fittings to be quite a bit smaller than 9mm .. And 400 hp is not enough

That looks alot more bulky and complicated than it needs to be. I wouldn't put gasoline in the cabin under any circumstances, but diesel is not a big deal as long as it's done right.
