Favorites in iDrive 8.5 now jacked up

Has anyone else encountered this? I had several Apple Carplay applications set up as favorites, and now they're non-functional. Please see attached photos. These worked just fine up until the last week or so.

I had the same issue. Seems like anything you try to save as a favorite from CarPlay either disappears or doesn't function the next time you get in the car. It's like the car goes to sleep and forgets the favorites. The BMW functions saved as favorites stay and work fine.

Mine were fine for months on end, but now they’re not. Weird. I just tried to save them as favorites from the CarPlay screen again, and now they can’t even be saved as favorites. I just saved a bunch of BMW functions including CarPlay instead.

I gave up trying to get them to work. CarPlay and ID don't seem to play nice with each other.
