Try update the app by go to the app then click option then update

Tried Genius yet?
Yes several times and BMW Assist to validate ESA. The car is not communicating out. Everything on the backend is correct I am being told.

I am happy to report all my issues were resolved. I took it in for service on Monday and they called BMW Support team to clear and reenter all back end systems.

After that was done I was able to update software and apps and everything started working including 3D.

Very excited to get this working!

Glad to hear you got it working again. I haven't been able to get my Connected Drive app to work since taking delivery of my vehicle despite multiple calls, etc. Is the app and the remote services it provides something we have for life or is it a subscription service?
