Thanks, I got that screen shot from the internet. I don't have that screen. I was posting that showing what I don't have.
I am thinking it's either a hard reset of iDrive or some configuration of the module. I hope they don't have to order parts. I have tried factory resets. Off to service I go. |

I am happy to report all my issues were resolved. I took it in for service on Monday and they called BMW Support team to clear and reenter all back end systems.
After that was done I was able to update software and apps and everything started working including 3D. Very excited to get this working! |

Glad to hear you got it working again. I haven't been able to get my Connected Drive app to work since taking delivery of my vehicle despite multiple calls, etc. Is the app and the remote services it provides something we have for life or is it a subscription service?
