BMW IT issues 4/9/19

3D remote did not work this morning but did yesterday. Today "an error occurred!"

I cannot login to see my G05 manual. All I see is a spinning wheel.

I cannot send address from Google maps to my car. A non-descript error message.

How extensive is this outage?

I would think it is system wide as I can’t do any remote commands either.

system is down, I got a little worried since mines at the dealer right now.

This morning I can send an address using Google Maps, look at the G05 Manual, login to Connected Drive web and change map region.

However, when I try 3D remote view it alternates between an error message and telling me I have not selected this option in privacy settings. After the first such message, I checked my settings and this option was selected.

How is it working for others today?

I'm having the same issue with 3D view. Yesterday I got the error and today it says I do not have it enabled.

Seems like this is dragging on. Still not connecting to my car today. Last time it was able to update was morning of 4/9

I tried 3D remote moments ago and it worked as expected.

Looks like it is back, I just tried it and it worked fine. Hopefully that is the case for all.
