So bummed. My deal on the AW X5 got sold right out from under me this afternoon. In search of white X5 m50i with 21/22” wheels, exec, drivers and parking package. Sold a 2021 Yukon Denali today for what I paid for it (leased) a year ago. Ready to move.

I am shopping for an xdrive45e in DC (build around $79,500) and I only got less than 3% before incentives from one dealer (BMW Fairfax) and even less from other 2.

Do you mind sharing the dealer and sales person?

I ordered a 2022 X5 40i using a broker and was able to get 6.5% off before incentives and rebates. PM me if you want contact info.

Toughest car market I have ever seen. My local dealers have a couple of X5s in stock. Saw and Audi dealer with 24 total new cars in stock. Brutal.

Is PenFed incentive ($3250) only restricted to military members or anyone with a PenFed account can get it? Also can it be combined with BMW corporate discount?

Looks like the corporate discount is dropping to $750 for MY22 model compared to $1000 for MY21.

It is currently for anyone who has been a member of PenFed for at least 60 days. If I had to guess, that incentive will be pulled from PenFed next year since BMW now has its own way to process military incentives as well as their use of TrueCar. It was only when USAA announced that they were stopping their car buying service that PenFed got it.

Nice, let's see what the incentives look like from BMWFS, else PenFed discount would be quite solid. Bummer it can't be combined with corporate discount. Discounts on 45e are paltry right now given the build slots are in short supply.

The APR is regional, in some areas it is .9%.
