I have tried to go to the local dealership to confirm, but they haven’t had any X5s on the lot recently.

I am wondering if I can fit my two dog crates in the cargo area, with the second row in place. These are almost always in the vehicle with me.

The total dimensions are 31” deep, 40” wide, and 23” tall. This is two ruff land intermediate dog crates. Essentially, can I fit a box, with these dimensions into the cargo area of the X5 45e?

Currently these JUST BARELY fit in our 2021 Subaru Outback, and it looks like the X5 cargo area is very similar in size.

Anyone have any ideas on how I can confirm?

I can't say for sure, but our 45e just barely fits our stroller (2 halves side by side) (some nuna brand)

I can measure when I clean the car later today but if not the three row I think it will fit.

I measure 43 inches wide by 34 inches deep with the backseat up.

Can confirm two RuffLand Intermediate SUV kennels fit in the back of a 45e. The non-slanted models won’t fit.

Really?! So the standard intermediates wouldn’t fit?? How much room do you have with the slanted ones?

They have fit in nearly every Mid-sized SUV I have tried them on, but I haven’t been able to test in the X5. Some of the ones that fit include a Jeep Grand Cherokee, and my previous Subaru Outback.

I have one 75lb German shepherd
Trans K9 fits like a glove! Also I did not center it bc I wanted space to store leash etc.
