Current Lease payments

I purchased my X5M Comp in the spring for 21 when you were still able to get discounts. I'm curious what the "average" lease payment is now for the same vehicle(MSRP WAS LIKE $125k)

Cost of a lease depend on these:
1. Residual value (also a function of mileage allowance)
2. Money factor, interest for lease. MF x 2400 = APR

Assuming selling price would have to be at MSRP these days, otherwise, selling price also play a factor.

the monthly also depends on down payment size. Do you know what is 1 and 2?
