Installation is more complicated than Eventuri of course.

Need to drain the charge cooler coolant and bleed once afterwards.
But, cooler IAT will help performance.
Almost finish.

Hey Ben, are you planning to dyno before and after with logs showing the IAT and boost? Similar to what Evolve did few years back when they tested CSF on F10/F13 platform? ->

You probably don't even have to dyno to pull that data.

I don't think I need to.
Delta should be about the same as that F10/F13 that Evolve did.
They are the same system as when N63 first launched, nothing new. Just different bend and mounting.

Also, it is already installed and I don't have before IAT data.

Not sure. Probably not since M50i still N63tu.
Unlike M60i where it uses S68.

Does anyone know what the elastic bands are for?

I've noticed they keep slipping off the edge of the unit and they are a pain to get back on (even the bottom)..

Yes, I find it interesting that more mods are made for the 40i than the M50i. I would think M50i folks would be more enthusiast oriented hence more after market parts made for the M50i, but that doesn’t seem to be the case.

True, either 40i or straight up X5M.

It is just cosmetic to cover the seams between Carbon housing and the air filter.

I think overall G05 is not heavily modded as F15.
I have built my G05 X5 since day one and I didn’t get any traction.

I hope eventuri will make something for M50i soon coz my M50i just got the stage 2 dme tune and now I'm having itch for intakes.
