Lease Transfer : 2019 Bmw X5 40i 527/month, $5.5 Down
Year, Make, Model, and Trim: 2019 BMW X5 40i
Location: Arizona MSRP: 68,295 Monthly payment (pre-tax): 527 Current mileage: 4950 Maturity mileage: 34,207 Effective miles per month: 836 Maturity date: 5/24/2023 MSD due (if any): None! Cash due (if any): $5500 Financial institution: BMW FS Transfer fee: $500 Out-of-state transfer allowed (yes/no): Yes Vehicle condition (accidents, tire wear, etc.), options, and other details: Car is in excellent condition. Has a unique BMW individual color ( tanzanite blue II) Vernasca leather, convenience package, parking assist package, full moonroof, heated seats front and rear including steering wheel and armrest, remote engine start, luggage compartmant package, and much more. I understand that a $5.5k down payment is not favored by most and its not for everyone but factoring that into the monthly payment over the course of the lease remaining makes this effective payment in parallel with most deals Ive been seeing recently. Car is garage kept and dealer maintained. Non Smoker. Will be happy to answer all your questions and concerns. Window Sticker is attached as well for those interested. Payment will be made Till July 25. For those interested payment will be prorated after that in accordance with transfer date. I listed the car on SAL as well: https://www.swapalease.com/mobile/le...?salid=1476032 Please feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns. Last edited by Aboudin; 07-06-2020 at 11:39 PM.. |

I think you need to be honest with yourself and realize no one will pay that much money for a lease transfer. They're better off just getting their own lease. Plus, am I wrong or don't most people offer the potential "buyer" a cash incentive to take it off their hands?

Down payment scares some, and yes not favourable for others which is understandable but overall lease term cost is aggressive. |

And BUYER pays transfer fee. We know that your payment is lowish (also obvious it's a demo) but it's common sense to take a higher payment rather than put more down on a lease. (Unless you're not creditworthy) Couple that with the fact that the allowance is UNDER 10k a year. I think anyone who went to a dealership with a 5k drive off could probably get this deal and save the transfer fee at that. Just need to ask for a demo. |

Car has 29500 miles allowance Remaining. I would say thats almost full term. Nonetheless, I dont agree that everyone walking into the dealership will attain this payment with a 5k DAS especially with the current car market. But please correct me if Im wrong. I try and stay upto date on all monthly programs and deals achievable. Even if you compare this with aggressive broker deals this is comparable. I do agree the down payment is high and no its not because of lack of credit. Actually have several bmws in household currently and tier 1 credit. All deals always done with buy rate MF. Nonetheless, For some who like to pay all the fees +TTL and first month this isnt a huge add on if your looking at the total cost of lease. For what its worth Im willing to split the transfer fee for whomever is interested.

I made a mistake ... I went to a dealership and got a lease on a 3 series. I hated it 2 weeks later. I could have easily sold it got something way nicer but I sucked it up and dealt with it for 3 years. To get rid of a lease you will almost always have to give up 5k or more.

Friendly advice.
As I mentioned earlier, your trade is in the wrong subforum: https://g05.bimmerpost.com/forums/fo....php?#38;f=726 Bumping your thread here and the discussion above, isn't going to help.
