At 15MPG - 16MPG, you folks are getting roughly 330 miles per tank? Pretty sure I can get about 440 miles on the highway in the xdrive40i.

Though sometimes I wonder if I should have gone with the 50i just for fun...........
This is with my X6. One was a 2 hour+ drive with some stop and go traffic. The other was a shorter drive mostly highway. All highway, no stop and go, you can go quite far. These were taken from the app.

Your average speed is very high. Above 50mph even for the long drive with some stop and go. The short drive with all highway has lower average speed. In both case, they are really mostly highway. 50/50 highway/local usually ends up with average mph of 25-30 only.

Mind showing your “since factory” reading? This represents the real world life time average.

Sure. During the week days, the car is 100% city driving. This is through about 1200 miles.

wow, this is very good for N63. Average MPH 29, still get 20MPG. My 45e with average MPH of 23, so quite a bit lower, only get 22MPG on ICE.

We drove from DC to Maine today and got trip average of 25.7 mpg in our 50i using adaptive and cruise at 75-77mph although we did get multiple stretches of backed up traffic. It’s a recent purchase (2020/CPO) and this was the first long trip we took within a week of purchase. I am impressed because this 8cyl is averaging better than my previous 2015 F10 535.

My M50i got 17.9 lifetime(15,000 miles) which I thought was fine but not anything I really cared about. The M60i that I now drive is getting a little better than that if you can believe what the info display tells you. If gas mileage was of great concern I would have purchased a far more pedestrian vehicle and never spent 100 grand on this 5,300 lb TTV8 beast. Love this vehicle and it can be fully refueled in under 5 minutes every 10-14 days.
