I am getting a 50i for about 10% off right now just wondering if I will be able to get that on the m50i if i order it early on...

Also I was with the dealer yesterday and he did not even see a 3rd row option for the 50i but did see it for the 40i. Is it not possible to get the 3rd row option on the 50i?

Thanks
It all depends on what you want. It’s possible the M50i may ride stiffer. That was a unappealing factor for many of us. Both 50i M-Sport and M50i will be about at the $100k mark nicely optioned up. Have you test drove the 50i M-Sport? How much faster do you want to go? Seriously, I am performance kind of driver and every time I put the hammer down, I still say “damn”. The 50i is about 5% of the total X5’s out there so odds are you won’t see a 50 in the wild. I drove from PA to FL and didn’t even see any other G05 X5’s, in any trim the entire trip. ( I saw 3 Bentaygas around Disney Orlando).

I am getting 4.19 seconds to 60mph and it will go faster. Torque from 0-100mph is amazing and endless.

I think I always feel fomo... IAM concerned the m50i will have different better options like better wheel options sky lounge LED lights etc..

I test drove the 40i and thought it was pretty decent power but like you I had a 550i and a m3 before so I love the V8.. I test drove the V8 yesterday and omg what a difference.. the exhaust just puts a smile on my face..

I priced out the V8 at about $89k and got quoted 80k..did not get the pedestrian, b+w, drive assistance..dhp..soft close doors and side
