How to Remove MetalTrim Pieces in Threshold

Anyone know how to remove the metal trim pieces on the door thresholds without damaging them or the surrounding plastic? I want to take my front driver’s one out which has a couple scratches and work on it or replace it. They aren’t super expensive at $80 or so, so if easily replaced I might just replace. Thanks!
