Connected App Help

Has anyone received this message before? I am logged in and am allowing data use. I have also deleted the app and then added it again.

I vaguely remember that I had the same issue and had to enable location in the Connected app. Seems counterintuitive that this setting would matter but maybe worth checking your settings in the app.

check the box and hit close...itll probably give you the prompt about the mirrors folding, then you're good. just did it after deleting everything post-update

I did all that and when I click on remote 3D view this is all I get. No image ever loads. Also, I entered an address and it didn't send it to my car when I started it.

What happens if you hit loading. You'll see the steps. It takes a little bit of time sometimes. Also, go into your car and go to the apps page. Hit option button on iDrive and you'll see a prompt to update apps and services. This fixes it sometimes too.

I can not remember where but there are several box's that must be checked in the iDrive system to allow remote 3d view to operate.

If you go to privacy, just make sure everything is accepted. If you go into CD App, at the main page...hit INFO and go down to enabled/disabled features...do you see Remote 3D View under enabled?
