IND | F95 X5M Painted Rear Reflector Set Install Guide

Tools Required:
  • Fishing Line
Difficulty (1-5): 1

STEP 1: The IND Install Kit conveniently includes over 2ft (0.6m) of fishing line. Remove the line from the bag. Forming a U-shaped hook, wrap the fishing line around the back of the OEM reflector.

STEP 2: Work the fishing line far enough down the rear reflector to provide adequate leverage. Once there, use both hands to pull the fishing line back towards you. This will release the OEM reflector away from the bumper panel.

STEP 3: Pull the OEM reflector out completely. With uniform pressure, press the IND painted reflector replacement into place.

Are these available in infrared transparent plastic?

Great product Dylan.

the X6 didn't even need fishing line I was able to just grab the corner and pop it out. Sure wish the fronts would be this easy. I guess it was a different engineering team. LOL
