Yes you can but you need to finance/lease with BMWFS in order to get loyalty.

So basically the total rebate is $2,000 either way.

How does the UDE completion certificate work? I saw a prior post about it but can’t find it now. $1000 rebate after completion via an email on your next new car purchase? Do you need to finance through BMWFS for it to be effective? Thanks all!

Yes, you have to finance through BMWFS and your dealer has to be participating in order for you to get the $1,000 since it is split 50/50 between the dealer and BMWFS. Just keep in mind that the rebate is only valid for dealer stock and not for ordered vehicles.

Got $10k off MSRP at BMW San Francisco on a 2024 X5 50e. MSRP ~85k -> $75k with discount. They are trying to offload inventory.

Update: for San Antonio BMW and South Austin
I'm trying to buy a X5 50e in the same area. San Antonio's first offer without "talking to the manager" was 500 off and 1500 if financing through BMW. I would avoid South Austin. They seem really sketchy. I think I can get maybe 3% off, but another person posted that the dealer insists on dealer installed options that are over priced and total around 1k. FYI. I will post again if I can get a better deal.

I picked up my X5 50e at Century BMW in Greenville, SC (just 10 miles form the X5 plant), my deal was made in August, but I was able to get 4.5% off (including military). The SA mentioned they did receive 6 allocations that are not assigned to any buyers for the 50e. I worked with Victoria, she was awesome. PM if you want email, etc. SC dealerships have a bad rap, but they were professional and in the end wanted me to have a good experience.

I completed the ID.me verification process. It was super easy, as I had my father's Form DD214. The BMW website showed up to $4,000 on the X5 after verification. Did the incentive change or is this something different?

Yes, for October the Military Incentive changed to $4,000 when not financing/leasing with BMWFS.

Fantastic. Thank you! Hopefully the car arrives before October 31, or they keep it at $4,000 for November.

Excellent! Maybe getting stuck in QC will turn out to be blessing in disguise.

Yep! When I picked up yesterday from week 39. I was pleasantly surprised! I had no clue until I got to the dealership.

So far I’m only getting quotes for MSRP on an M60i. Roseville BMW and Niello Sacramento are both saying MSRP. Mountain View and Concord have so far not given me any number - not saying discount and not saying MSRP either. My trade value is tanking but dealers still want to get MSRP.

So they changed it from the old definition of "Immediate Family Member"? Brother and Brother-in-law and Cousin work now?

There has been no change to the eligibility requirements that I know of.
