They are usually announced on the second working day of the month. Many incentives run monthly and then are renewed so don't read anything into that end date.

The apr credit/incentives would come off the negotiated price of the car. And you'll need to finance at least $7500 in order to claim those monies.

I can confirm $7500 minimum through BMW FS for $3000 discount on a purchase not lease. Dealer submitted my credit app to lock me in prior to the 12/2 deadline, even though I am waiting for a M50i allocation.
