Sport Exhaust System

Does the M Sport Exhaust System have a valve to control the volume or it is on making noise all the time?

Hard to say because there isn't much information out there, but I've seen videos of other BMWs with the M Sport exhaust where the vehicle is switched from comfort to sport mode and you can hear a "click" right as the exhaust note changes. Whether that is the flaps opening I'm not sure but that would seem to make sense.
