BMW X5 40i tuning-Dinan!

Just spoke with Dinan on the phone which is arguably one of the most reputable BMW tuners. They told me that they are looking at the B58 engine on the 340i and then X3 40i and then X5 40i. Long story short the estimate was that some time early next year they will be releasing a tune. I want to go with Dinan, but don't know if I want to wait that long. It doesn't seem that there are any flash tunes available yet only piggback tunes. Has anyone on here tuned their X5 40i?

Cool I would definitely go with this company then. I didn't see a tune for the 40i on their website though. Could you send me a link please?

Any changes in the drivability at lower RPM? Also how long have you had this tune? Was it a big difference in power?

Lalit at DME did my flash remotely with my laptop connected to the OBD. Their web site isn't updated with the latest BMW models so I emailed them through their site to request the tune. (dmetuning.com)
I've had it for a month and the power is incredible. It does not effect the "normal driving" but when you stomp the pedal its awesome! Perfect amount of power to wake up the 40i. Highly recommended!

Sorry! I don't know if I wait for the BM3 or I go with Dinan....y have downpipe?
