Black G05 Replace or wrap all the silver trim?

What do most folks do with the silver trim?

I want to black out everything.

Depends on exactly what trim you would like to black out. Do you have an msport now or a standard X5? Some replacement parts can be purchased through retailers, but some components simply don't come in black out and you would have to go the route of custom painting or vinyl wrapping etc.
