Sure. I have a car on delivery and the STOP025369 campaign in question is on.

It is good to collect information regarding this matter mainly in this message thread.

So this mainly affects customers in the EU region whose cars fell victim to last year's December storm.

What December storm are you referring to? Hurricane Idalia was August 2023 when some cars at the port of Charleston, SC suffered salt water damage.

I’m not referring to Idalia storm. There was another storm on December at port. And this message thread is for that one.
