i think op needs a e90, and based on profile you have a e92. it won't fit

Definitely need e90 stuff unless other parts have fitment thats doesn't need much modification.

nothing else will fit from a couple, expect suspension, engine, steering wheel, i think dashboard and a few other things will fit,but all body panels are completely different, you can put a coupe front end on but you will need a lot of custom work and all the parts which isn't worth it.

I just sent him a message. He can always do the conversion if he so chose too. It's always nice to have options specially if the deal is right.

yea but don't forget he will need a new hood and a set of headlights, thanks like $1500 right there, plus fender liners and other misc. items that will add up, but its up to him.
